Michael ‘s funeral will be held at Randalls Park Crematorium, Leatherhead,  at 2pm on Tuesday 10th April 2012.       The Crematorium is at Randalls Road, Leatherhead KT22 0AG (phone 01372 363181), see map at - http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&tab=wl.  Looking at the map, if you are approaching from Guildford, you turn left into Randalls Road (A245), as you approach Leatherhead Railway Station and NOT right to the Town Centre.   

I’m am inform that there should be no flowers but donations to the Princess Alice Hospice, West End Lane, Esher, KT10 6NA.
